Amritsar: A heinous case has come to light from Punjab. Here, the 72-year-old, who was drunk, has raped a cow. According to media reports, the incident took place near Police Division No.7 at Tajpur Road Dairy Complex in Ludhiana last Saturday night. As soon as the owner of the cow reached the spot, the accused fled. On the morning of Sunday (September 5, 2021), Hindu leaders gathered at the dairy premises and registered a case against the culprit and demanded his arrest immediately. Hindu leaders also warned the police that they would block the highway if the accused was not arrested at the earliest. According to reports, dairy owner Munna Lal said that when he woke up around 12 pm on Saturday, he noticed that a drunk man was raping the cow. As soon as Munna Lal arrived, the man fled. Shiv Sena leader Amit Arora and Shani temple priest Mukesh Khurana near Tajpur Road rushed to the dairy premises on Sunday morning and demanded the arrest of the cow rapist immediately. According to sources, the criminal drives a trolley in a nearby area and the disputed goods were also recovered during a police raid on the man's house. Police are taking further action in the case. This is not the first case of rape of a cow. Recently, a shocking case of heinous acts against a cow came to light in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
