Amritsar: Punjab Police has achieved a major breakthrough. The intelligence wing of the Punjab Police on Monday arrested two persons named Harsh Kumar and Raghav. According to the police, the two are associates of gangster-turned-terrorist Arshdeep Singh alias Arsh Dalla. Harsh and Raghav, both associates of Arsh Dalla, who were arrested by the Punjab Police, are said to be residents of Kot Isse Khan in Punjab's Moga district. According to the Punjab Police, foreign-made MP-5 guns and 44 cartridges were also recovered from them. Punjab Director General of Police (DGP) V K Bhabra said that based on intelligence inputs, a team of State Special Operation Cell (SSOC) Amritsar has arrested the duo. He said that in the initial investigation, Harsh has stated that he had come in contact with Arsh Dalla with the help of Gurpreet Singh alias Gopi. Gopi was arrested by the Moga police in January this year along with a consignment of grenades and other weapons. According to the DGP of Punjab Police, after Gopi's arrest, Arsh Dalla got in touch with Harsh through an encrypted app and motivated him to work for himself. He also said that Arsh had also sent money to Harsh twice. The weapons recovered with these two were also arranged by Arsh.
