Rahul Gandhi creates headlines in Pakistan, gives this statement on Kashmir

New Delhi: Rahul Gandhi, former national president of the Congress and MP from Wayanad, visited Kashmir on Saturday (24 August). Meanwhile, 11 other opposition leaders, including Rahul Gandhi, were deported from Srinagar airport. On the other hand, Rahul Gandhi wrote in a tweet on Sunday that 20 days have passed to curb the freedom of the people of Jammu and Kashmir and civil freedom.

Rahul Gandhi's tweet comes after he became a poster boy of Pakistani media. Rahul Gandhi's statement has been in the spotlight in the Pakistani media and his statement is under much discussion. Rahul Gandhi further wrote in a tweet that while the opposition and the media tried to visit Jammu and Kashmir, it was felt that the people of the state were being subjected to harsh force and administrative cruelty.

Rahul Gandhi said that opposition leaders and media people have felt administrative cruelty in Jammu and Kashmir. A delegation of 11 opposition leaders, including Rahul Gandhi, arrived at Srinagar airport on Saturday to visit the valley. However, administration officials did not allow the leaders and sent them back to Delhi.
