NEW DELHI: Rahul Gandhi, the former President of the Indian National Congress, is embarking on a significant international tour from December 8th to 15th. Following his active involvement in campaigning across five states, Gandhi is scheduled to visit Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore during this period. Sources have confirmed that Rahul Gandhi's itinerary includes engagements with the Indian diaspora in these countries, along with planned visits to various universities for interactive sessions. This isn't the first time Gandhi has undertaken such trips. Earlier in the year, he toured several countries such as Norway, the Netherlands, France, the US, the UK, and Belgium. During these visits, he actively engaged with the Indian diaspora and conducted enlightening sessions with students at numerous universities, covering a wide array of topics. Coordinating all the programs during Rahul Gandhi's visit to Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia will be the Indian Overseas Congress. This coordination effort is specifically for the Congress MP from Kerala's Wayanad constituency. Amid his busy schedule of campaigning in states like Mizoram, Rajasthan, Telangana, Chhattisgarh, and Madhya Pradesh, Rahul Gandhi managed to make a pilgrimage to the revered shrine of Kedarnath earlier in the month. The upcoming international tour signifies Gandhi's continued efforts to connect with the Indian diaspora abroad and engage in constructive discussions and interactions on various global platforms.
