Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty's husband and popular businessman Raj Kundra is getting tough to spend a day in jail. Due to which their advocates are constantly demanding his release from the court. Raj was remanded to 14 days of judicial custody by the court on July 27. After which his bail plea was also rejected. It has now come to light that the decision on the Interim Bail of Raj Kundra will be taken in the Sessions Court of Mumbai on August 2.

The same has been asked in the Sessions Court in Mumbai to pronounce its order on Raj Kundra's advance bail petition in the 2020 Maharashtra cyber department case on August 2. Today, due to a paucity of time, the decision was postponed. Raj Kundra's difficulties are increasing day by day. Due to which they are constantly applying for their release in court.
Raj Kundra was arrested at Shilpa Shetty's house by the Crime Branch Cell of Mumbai Police on July 19. Thereafter, he has been charged under sections 292, 293, section 67, 67A under the INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY Act and the provisions of the Representation of Women Act. After being detained in a case, the businessman has been facing a number of charges, where the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) means SEBI has also imposed a penalty of Rs 3 lakh on him.
