Agra: The District Court has named 11 policemen as accused in the 35-year-old murder case of Raja Mansingh of Bharatpur, located in Uttar Pradesh. They will be sentenced on Wednesday. Three policemen have been released by the court. Mathura Police has arrested the accused policemen. A case was registered against 18 people in this incident. One convict has already been released while three have died. This entire incident is on 21 February 1985. There was elections in Rajasthan at that time. Independent candidate Raja Man Singh of Deeg assembly constituency took his Joga jeep and went out from Lal Kunda election office in front of Deeg police station for campaigning. The police surrounded him. Thereafter, rapid-firing too place. In this incident, Raja Man Singh, along with him Sumer Singh and Hari Singh lost their lives. Their dead bodies were found in a Joga jeep. After this incident, Virendra Singh, SHO of Deeg police station, filed a report of section 307 against Raja Man Singh's son-in-law Vijay Singh Sirohi. An advocate of the plaintiff side, Narayan Singh Viplvi, said in his statement that Raja Man Singh's son-in-law and his partner Babulal were taken into custody. And he was also released the same night. After this, on 22 February Raja Man Singh was cremated inside the palace. Now the 11 accused in this case will be sentenced on Wednesday.
