Jaipur: Gang-rape cases in Rajasthan are increasing and many cases reported in the last few days. Now a sensational case of the kidnapping of an a19-year-old girl has been reported in Churu district. 9 youngsters are said to be involved in this gang-rape incident. The culprits carried out gang rape by taking the victim hostage in Rajgarh, Jaipur, and Neemkathana for 8 days. In Rajasthan, former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje has targeted the Gehlot government by tweeting on the cases of rape increasing daily.

The Rajgarh police have registered a case against Vikram Poonia, Devendra Poonia, Bunty, Rahul, Shubham, Hemant, Mukesh Gurjar, and two others under the relevant sections of the IPC. The police have conducted a medical test of the victim at the Government Hospital in Rajgarh.
According to the information, the victim has filed a report at the Rajgarh police station that she had reached the Rajgarh bus stand on September 24 from her village. Vikram Poonia met her there. The girl was already familiar with Vikram. Vikram made her sit in a car on the pretext of filling the SSC form. Devendra Poonia and two other boys were already present in that car.
The accused' took her to a house in Rajgarh by car. The four gang-raped her in that house. They also made pornographic videos and took photos of her. The four of them threatened the victim. They also fed drugs and knocked her unconscious. When the girl regained consciousness, she found herself imprisoned in a room.
It is alleged that the accused' named Bunty, Rahul, Shubham, Hemant, and Mukesh Gurjar were already present there. They were in a hotel in Jaipur. They gang-raped the girl by giving her drugs in a cold drink. Mukesh Gurjar held her hostage for a week and raped her, threatening to make the video clip viral. After this, the girl was taken to a village near Neemkathana in Sikar. From there on 1 October the police rescued her and brought her back to the family. The girl was threatened that if any action was taken against them, they would make her video clip public. The victim said in the report that she was afraid. The matter is now being investigated.
