New Delhi: Indian Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, who is in the US for the 2+2 dialogue, has sent a strong message to China from the Consulate in San Francisco. The Defence Minister further said that India's image has changed and the country's value has increased. In gestures, the Defence Minister has shown a mirror to the US' objection to buying oil from Russia. In gestures, he said that relations with one country cannot be at the cost of another. The Defence Minister further said, "If India has good relations with one country, it does not mean that its relations with another country will deteriorate. India has never adopted this kind of diplomacy. India will never adopt it. We don't believe in the zero-sum game in international relations.''
