Defence Minister Rajnath Singh greets countrymen on 'World Hindi Day'

New Delhi: World Hindi Day is being celebrated today. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has tweeted on the occasion today i.e. "Hindi is now being spoken to millions of people around the world," he says. Not only that but also, he also said that thanks to the people who have the Hindi language to the world level or preach.

He has tweeted a tweet and in this tweet, he said, "Congratulations and best wishes to all those who want to serve Hindi on the occasion of World Hindi Day. Today, Hindi has become a language spoken by millions of people around the world. On this occasion, I congratulate all my friends for promoting the Hindi language worldwide." World Hindi Day is being celebrated all over the world today and every year it is celebrated on 10th January.

Not only that but in all government offices and universities across the country, special programs are organized on this day. In the year 2006, the then Prime Minister Manmohan Singh announced the celebration of 'World Hindi Day' on January 10. From the same day onwards, World Hindi Day began to be celebrated.
