Jaipur: Shobharani, the BJP MLA from Dholpur, who did cross-voting in the recently concluded Rajya Sabha elections, has been shown the way out of the party. It is being told that Shobharani will join the Congress next week. Actually, Shobharani Kushwaha had cast her vote for Congress candidate Pramod Tiwari instead of voting for BJP supported candidate Subhash Chandra. After this, while suspending Shobharani from the party, issuing a 'show cause notice' and seeking a reply within seven days. In response, Shobharani issued a two-page statement in the media, in which she accused all the big leaders of BJP of weakening the party. Taking Shobharani's media statement as her answer, BJP has informed the Assembly Secretariat by expelling her for anti-party activities. Malinga and Shobharani's husband were elected MLAs together for the first time from the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP). Shobharani will join the Congress in the next one week. It is being told that MLA Shobharani is also in touch with CM Ashok Gehlot. Shobharani's husband BL Kushwaha is currently serving a life sentence in the murder case. According to government sources, after joining the Congress, the Gehlot government of the state will recommend the release of Shobharani's husband on parole.
