New Delhi: M Venkaiah Naidu, the Speaker of the Rajya Sabha, has rejected 12 MPs' appeal to have their suspensions lifted. To make a public statement in Parliament? Certainly not! Major decisions, such as lowering electricity rates and making job reservations, are stalled.
