This Diwali two Big Budget movies Akshay Kumar’s Ram Setu and Ajay Devgn’s Thank God released. Despite being the festival the movie earned a low amount as compared to previous Diwali releases but as per current circumstances. Speaking of Akshay Kumar's action adventure, Ram Setu. The movie has seen a dip in business on second day. According to early estimates, Ram Setu has collected in the range of Rs. 10.50 to 11.50 crores on its second day taking the two-day total collection to Rs. 26.25 crore. The drop is around 27 to 30 percent, depending on how strongly it has held in the mass belts. According to the Box office reports, It has clocked in Rs. 26 crore over the first two days of release, with Gujarat, Rajasthan, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh driving the business. The other Hindi film release of the week, Thank God of Ajay Devgn, has managed Rs. 13.50 crore. Ramsetu hasn't taken a bumper opening, the hold in collections during the Diwali period should have been better, but this drop around the 30 percent range, indicates that the film might not have a long run at the box office. The film is continuing to do well in the mass belts, but the metros and multiplexes are just not coming on board the film. Ram Setu is directed by Abhishek Sharma and co-produced by his company Cape of Good Films along with Amazon Prime Video, Abundantia Entertainment, and Lyca Productions. The film has been in the making for quite a few years.
