Ramdas Athawale's letter to Amit Shah said- President's rule should be imposed in Maharashtra

Mumbai: Ramdas Athawale has made a big demand amid political uproar in Maharashtra following the letter of former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh. He has written to Union Home Minister Amit Shah and demanded the imposition of the President's rule in view of the prevailing political situation in Maharashtra. The RPI chairman said that the Qaeda law in Maharashtra has completely collapsed, so it has demanded the imposition of the president's rule.

While the opposition is putting pressure on the Maharashtra government, the Treasury benches have made it clear that Anil Deshmukh's resignation will not be taken. NCP chief Sharad Pawar said that the situation at the time of the minister who was accused has been cleared and the question of his resignation does not arise in such a situation. He said that in the letter of the former Commissioner, he mentioned that in the month of February, he had received information from some officials about the home minister's instructions.  However, from February 6 to 16, Anil Deshmukh was hospitalized due to corona. Sharad Pawar said that the meeting between Sachin Vaze and Anil Deshmukh in February is absolutely wrong. Vaze and Deshmukh did not meet in February.

NCP leader Nawab Malik said, "We think Param Bir Singh's letter is a deliberate conspiracy. We are told about the number of meetings of Param Bir Singh in Delhi. The truth will come out through investigation. He said the letter would be checked through higher authorities.'' On the basis of a letter, home minister Anil Deshmukh's resignation is being demanded. There is no question of resigning. The party has decided that a decision will be taken only after the investigation is over.
