A complaint was filed in Punjab against Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon as well as choreographer Farah Khan and comedian Bharti Singh. In fact, it happened that Amritsar police in Punjab had registered a case against Raveena Tandon, Farah Khan and Bharti Singh after the complaint and Christian Morcha president Sonu Zafar filed a complaint with video footage of the show aired on Christmas Eve. The three of us (Farah Khan, Bharti Singh and I) never intended to offend anyone, but in case we did, my most sincere apologies to those who were hurt." This case was registered under Section 295-A of the IPC. At the same time, SSP Vikram Jeet Duggal has confirmed this and he told that, "The police was given a complaint with the video of the program, the police have registered an FIR while taking action in this matter."
