New Delhi: A new note of 200 rupees will be launched on the market today, i.e, after the new note of Rs 500 and 2000 rupees. RBI has shared this information. On Wednesday, the Reserve Bank officially announced the release of two hundred rupees notes. On Wednesday, the notification issued on behalf of the Finance Ministry stated, "Using the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 24 of the Central Government, Reserve Bank of India Act 1934, on the recommendations of the Reserve Bank of India's Board of Directors, two hundred Specifies the bank note of the rupee value as bank note of the rupee." Keep in mind that there is a provision for issuing notes up to Rs. 10,000 under the Reserve Bank of India Act 1934, but when the price notes will be issued, it is decided only after the opinion of the government and the central bank. The new note will be full of many features: The color of the new note of 200 rupees will be light yellow. This note is also in Mahatma Gandhi Series. But in this note, Mahatma Gandhi's picture is in the center. This note has the signature of Governor Urjit Patel of the Reserve Bank. A photo of Ashoka pillar has also been installed in the front of the note which is on the right. There is also a logo of Swachh Bharat campaign on the back of the note.
