Recipe: These Mutton and Chicken Kababs will double your monsoon fun

Any dish of kabab is very much preferred among non-vegetarians, you can make kabab dish by mixing both chicken and mutton or you can make kababs from only mutton or even chicken. Today we are going to share with you the Chicken Kabab recipe.

Necessary ingredients :

Chicken: 500 grams Lemon Joice: 2 teaspoons Cream: 2 teaspoons Green chilli: 2 Onion (chopped onion): 1 Coriander Leaf 1/2 cup Ginger garlic pest: 2 teaspoons Gram Flour: 3 tablespoons Corriander Powder: 1 teaspoon Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seed powder: 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala: 1 teaspoon Salt: 1 teaspoon as per taste

Recipe :

To make chicken kababs, first, take the ground chicken or minced chicken and add lemon juice, mix it well and then add the cream. Then add gram flour, onion, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, and all the spices (coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin seed powder, chaat masala and garam masala). Now add coriander leaves and salt and mix it well. Then leave it covered for 10 minutes. Then take it out and mix once again, then take a little bit of it and lengthen it a little and put it in the kabab stick. Then press it with both hands. Now put the pan on the gas, add some oil and fry the kababs. Turn it off after a while and let it cook on the other side. When cooked completely, take out the kababs. After this, place the grill on the gas and cook it on the medium flame when it gets roasted from all sides, remove it from the gas and then serve it.
