Then add gram flour, onion, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, and all the spices (coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin seed powder, chaat masala and garam masala). Now add coriander leaves and salt and mix it well. Then leave it covered for 10 minutes. Then take it out and mix once again, then take a little bit of it and lengthen it a little and put it in the kabab stick. Then press it with both hands. Now put the pan on the gas, add some oil and fry the kababs. Turn it off after a while and let it cook on the other side. When cooked completely, take out the kababs.
