Indian Air Force Eligibility Criteria for Airman Positions in Group X & Y Trade educational qualification:
(For Group for X' Trades): Intermediate candidates/candidates Must be 10+2/pass or equivalent examination from the Board of Education listed as member by COBSE (or) Three year Diploma course in Engineering from Government Accredited Polytechnic Institute (or) (For Group For Y'trades): A two-year vocational course from the Education Board is listed as a COBSE member with a minimum of 50% marks and 50% marks in English.
