Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi sayd that Redmi Y2 is to get the Android 9 Pie based MIUI update. Xiaomi has come with a clarification after a recent post which was made on Xiaomi's China forum. In an official post made on Xiaomi's India forum, the company stated that the Redmi Y2 will get the Android Pie update. Although, Xiaomi did not reveal any time frame on as when Redmi Y2 users will be getting the Pie update.
