Srinagar: Senior leader Ghulam Nabi Azad has announced the formation of a new party in the next 10 days after breaking away from the Congress. Meanwhile, at a rally in Jammu and Kashmir's Baramulla, he had also said that no one can restore Article 370. He said that people should not be confused about this issue. In such a situation, PDP supremo and former Jammu and Kashmir CM Mehbooba Mufti has reacted sharply to this statement. Mehbooba Mufti has said that this is the personal opinion of Ghulam Nabi Azad. Former CM chief Mehbooba Mufti said on this matter, 'This is the personal opinion of Ghulam Nabi Azad. The Congress had raised its voice against the British and stopped them.' Similarly, there are many voices in Jammu and Kashmir who believe that Article 370 can be reinstated and this matter can be resolved. Significantly, Ghulam Nabi Azad had said that no one can restore Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. This is possible only with a two-thirds majority in the Parliament. Along with this, Azad had requested people not to be misled about this matter. He had said that he would not allow people to be misled. Let us tell you that Azad had said in his first rally in Kashmir Valley after leaving the Congress last month that Azad knows what can be done and what cannot. I or the Congress party or three regional parties cannot get you back Article 370, and neither can Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee, DMK or Sharad Pawar.
