One of the most renowned filmmakers in Tamil film Industry K. Muralidharan passed away suddenly due to a massive heart attack in his hometown in Kumbakonam. His death news left the industry in shock as he is not only a very prolific producer of films starring top heroes but was also an active member of the Producers Council. The former Tamil Producers Council President started the production house Lakshmi Movie Makers with his partners V Swaminathan and G Venugopal. As soon as his news catches the eyes of people they started paying tribute to the veteran actor. After his demise, South Star Kamal Haasan took to social media to pay his tributes. the superstar had worked with the late producer in the film Anbe Sivam. The actor wrote, “Producer K Muralidharan from Lakshmi Movie Makers who produced many hits is no more. Dear Shiva, I remember the days. Tribute." South Industry’s producers KT Kunjumon and Dhananjayan also pays tribute to him. He tweeted, “Very shocking to hear the sad news. Tamil popular producer my dearest friend @lmmiltd #KMuralidharan passed away due to Heart attack at Kumbakonam. My heartfelt condolences.#ripKMuralidharan" On the career front, the veteran filmmaker K. Muralidharan along with his partners the late V. Swaminathan and G. Venugopal started the production house Lakshmi Movie Makers. He had worked in various major hit movies with LMM include Kamal Haasan ('Anbe Sivam'), Vijayakanth (Ulavathurai), Karthik (Gokulathil Seethai), Ajith (Unnai Thedi'), Vijay (Priyamudan), Dhanush (Pudhupettai) and Simbu (Silambattam).
