Ritesh Deshmukh : I am not “embarrassed” of my work

Actor Riteish Deshmukh says that he doesn’t look down on any genre in relation to his sex comedy “Great Grand Masti” and also said that he is not embarrassed of any of his work.

Riteish had made his Marathi film debut with Nishikant Kamat’s “Lai Bhaari”. At the trailer launch of “Great Grand Masti”, when asked if his Marathi film audiences would be disappointed about him doing a sex comedy, Riteish said, “I don’t think so, because that (‘Lai Bhaari’) released the next year after ‘Grand Masti’.

I feel that as an actor I get the opportunity to do various kinds of genres, adult and naughty comedy being one of them.” I don’t look down on any genre for that matter and I am happy that ‘Grand Masti’ was a successful film and that’s the reason we’re coming back with ‘Great Grand Masti’.

I am happy that ‘Lai Bhaari’ was successful. I got the chance to do ‘Ek Villain’, which was completely different and that also did well.

Now wasn’t this predictable! Such is the reputation of franchise of Masti that it was not hard to guess what was coming our way!

The trailer has all the done-to-death elements–it has filthy sex jokes, visuals that are replete with heaving bosom and the men ( Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi and Aftab Shivdasani) lusting after you know what!

So what are the boys up to exactly in this new installment! Well, they are having fun but soon the party will get over as they realise that they are up against a ghost
