Rhea's lawyer agitated as CBI tightens the screws in Sushant Singh suicide case

The CBI will now investigate the case of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput suicide. The agency has registered an FIR against actress Rhea Chakraborty, Indrajit Chakraborty, Sandhya Chakraborty, Shovik Chakraborty, Samuel Miranda, Shruti Modi. After the registration of the case, now Rhea's advocate Satish Manshinde has called it illegal.

Actress Rhea's advocate Satish Manashinde issued a statement saying, "The CBI has registered the case illegally keeping the entire proceedings pending, which was proceeding due to the Bihar Police being in hand." Explaining further, he said, "CBI is the main investigating agency in India, which should be refrained from taking any kind of action to delay the proceedings pending on the directions of the Supreme Court." Especially until the Maharashtra government approves the CBI to investigate the case. It would be completely illegal, and beyond any known legal doctrine, it affects the federal structure. '

On the other hand, the CBI has also formed a team taking this case into its own hands. The CBI has also told who is going to be in the committee formed in the investigation of Sushant Singh case. The investigation of this case has been handed over to the team investigating Mallya and Agastya Westland. Also, Bihar officials will also be included in the CBI team. The officers said that a special investigation team led by Superintendent of Police Nupur Prasad will inspect it, and it will be monitored by DIG Gagandeep Gambhir and Joint Director Manoj Shashidhar. Both are senior IPS officers of Gujarat cadre. The investigation of the case by the CBI continues.
