IND vs AUS: Big shock to Team India, Rohit Sharma and Ishant Sharma out of first two Tests

Melbourne: Before the Test series against Australia, Team India suffered a big setback. Indian team batsman Rohit Sharma and fast bowler Ishant Sharma have been ruled out of the first two Test matches of the series. Both players are not fully fit, due to which this decision has been taken. Both these players were engaged in proving their fitness in NCM.

According to media reports, the BCCI has confirmed the news that Rohit Sharma Ishant Sharma is not going to play the first two matches of the four-Test series. After the first Test, the captain of the Indian team, Virat Kohli will return home after the first Test. The first Test match is to be played Day Night in Adelaide. This will be the first time when Team India is going to play Day-Night Test against Australia on the same ground.

It is being told that Rohit and Ishant can be allowed to go to Australia from December 8 onwards, after which he will have to remain quarantined there for 14 days. Earlier, the Indian team's coach Ravi Shastri had made it clear that if Rohit and Ishant have to play the Test series, then he will have to catch a flight and reach Australia as soon as possible. The Indian team in Sydney, Australia is doing open nets while in Quarantine. Now if Rohit and Ishant do not go to series, then Team India will suffer a big loss. After the departure of Virat Kohli, his responsibilities were to come on Rohit Sharma.
