Rohit Sharma opening batsman for India has bought a 5 BHK bungalow in Khandala in Sunil Shetty’s company project ‘Discovery’which is 7,500 square feet plot covers a total area of close to 10,000 square feet.
“It is said that the initial demand for the villa was somewhere close to Rs 8 crore, which was brought down to Rs 5 crore post negotiations,” suggest sources.
Previous year, Rohit had purchased Rs 30 crore flat on the 29th floor of Ahuja Towers in Prabhadevi.
