Cristiano Ronaldo Scores Again as Al Nassr Dominates Al Ain 5-1 in AFC Champions League

Cristiano Ronaldo once again proved his brilliance on the football field as he helped Al Nassr secure a commanding 5-1 win over Al Ain in the AFC Champions League on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

Al Nassr took control of the match from the start, with Anderson Talisca scoring in the 5th minute. Ronaldo extended the lead by scoring in the 31st minute, marking his 908th career goal. This was a significant moment for the five-time Ballon d’Or winner, who had been facing some frustration after missing a crucial penalty against Al Taawoun in the Kings Cup of Champions, which led to Al Nassr’s exit from the tournament.

Ronaldo celebrated the victory by sharing images from the match on Instagram, proudly captioning the post, "Big Win!" The scoring didn’t stop there. Just six minutes after Ronaldo’s goal, Fábio Cardoso added another for Al Nassr, making it 3-0. Wesley and Talisca rounded off the scoring with the fourth and fifth goals, respectively. Al Ain managed to pull one back through Bento in the 56th minute.

Looking ahead, Al Nassr’s next challenge will be against Al Riyadh in the Saudi Pro League on Friday, November 8, 2024.
