TVS's new bike has no competition, will give tough competition to Royal Enfield

TVS Motors in India may soon launch its cruiser bike to challenge Royal Enfield. TVS showcased zepellin 212cc at the 2018 Auto Expo. The production version of the bike is now ready. The Zepellin is powered by a 212cc liquid cool four-stroke engine, which delivers 20bhp of power. The bs6 engine will be available as per the new emission norms. It will also use fuel injection technology to reduce pollution. 

According to media reports, the company can price it around Rs 1.2 lakh. The Bajaj Avenger comes in 150cc and 220cc, while the Royal Enfield Thunderbird sells with 350cc and 500cc engines. The bike features LED headlamps, upside down front forks, spoke wheels, dual channel ABS as well as disc brakes in both wheels, start-stop system.

For your information, many parts like switch gear, footpegs and instrument clusters, such as The Apache 200, are taken to keep the price low. After Apache 310 it will be TVS Group's most expensive bike. The Apache 310 is priced at Rs 2 lakh and is designed with BMW G 310 twins. Also Read:
