In the early trade today, the rupee was trading down by 4 paise at 67.05 against the dollar. Angel Broking in a release as per the sources news said "USDINR spot is expected to depreciate in Monday’s trading session following weak trading in Asian market equities" On Friday, the rupee closed 6 paise up at 67.01 against the dollar and on the same day, Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) sold shares worth Rs 196.37 crore.
