Russia banned after losing appeal for Rio Paralympics 2016

Rio Paralympics 2016: Russia will not compete at next month’s Paralympics in Rio after behind an appeal next to a ban forced for state-sponsored doping. The completion starts on September o7, 2016.

The Court of Arbitration for Sport upheld the International Paralympic Committee's (IPC) ban on all Russian competitors. The IPC made the decision in light of the McLaren report, which full a state-sponsored doping programme functioned by Russia.

The IPC's decision to ban the entire Russian team was balanced in the situation, as per the CAS panel, which said it would publish the full grounds for its decision later.
