Dr. Amar Patnaik, a BJD MP, proposed reserving two to five percent of seats in all private and public colleges for students who have returned from Ukraine. Dr. Santanu Sen of the TMC has advocated for special measures to accommodate these students in the country. On Monday, the second phase of the Budget session began and will end on April 8.
