Mumbai: Several types of cases have been coming out of the country for some time, meanwhile, the NIA court has sought the medical report of former Mumbai Police officer Sachin Waje. An advocate of Sachin Waje had applied to the court that he suffers from chest pain and heart blockage. Subsequently, the NIA court has asked for Waje's medical report. Sachin Waje is the main culprit in the Antilia case and Mansukh Hiren murder case. He was detained by the NIA on 13 March. His custody is coming to an end only on Saturday. Sachin Waje's advocate Raunak Naik has written an application to the court. In this, he has told that Sachin Waje has two blockages of 90% in the heart along with chest pain. Therefore, Vaje should be introduced to his cardiologist, so that his medical treatment course can be started. Thereafter, the court has sought the medical report of Waje. These reports will be seen when Waje is presented in the NIA court today. The same NIA has also imposed several sections of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act ie UAPA against Sachin Waje. With this, the NIA now gets the right to demand 30-day custody of the Waje, while in the sections of the IPC, the Custody gets only 14 days at a time. In addition, under UAPA, the investigating agency can file a charge sheet in 180 days, but in IPC this time limit is only 90 days.
