Sagar Dhankhar murder: Sushil Kumar's troubles to get double, crime branch files 170-page charge sheet

New Delhi: The Delhi Crime Branch today filed a charge sheet in the court against Olympic medal winner Sushil Wrestler and his associates, the main accused in the Wrestler Sagar Dhankhar murder case. Delhi Police Crime Branch officials have filed a 170-page chargesheet in Rohini court. Wrestler Sushil Kumar has been made the main accused.

A 3-month police investigation has found the case related to the battle for supremacy and the property dispute. Police have filed chargesheets in 18 bayonet sections of the IPC including murder, attempt to murder, assault and injury, kidnapping, rioting, criminal conspiracy, Arms Act. Forensic reports, CCTV footage of the mobile phone in which the assault took place, statements of those present at Chhatrasal Stadium have also been included in the charge sheet. Sushil had thrashed gangster Kala Jetheri's nephew Sandeep Mahal at the time of the murder of wrestler Sagar Dhankhar on the night of May 4-5. Since then, Kala Jathedi has wanted to take revenge on Sushil, though his motive was not fulfilled and he was arrested.

Investigations revealed that Sushil was associated with several gangsters. The reason for the murder of Sagar wrestler was the dispute over Sushil Kumar's wife's flat. In which the ocean lived. Sushil was also very angry with Sagar because Sushil had gone to the wrestler's camp as Sagar wrestler, the junior wrestler of the wrestler's camp. There are a total of 20 accused in the murder case. The crime branch has arrested 15 accused from Delhi and Haryana. Five persons are still absconding in the case. Police have produced more than 50 witnesses in the case.
