Filmmaker Sajid Khan is making headlines. As he is one of the contestants of the controversial show Bigg Boss 16. Sajid Khan was accused by 9 women at the time of Me Too movement. Various people including celebrities criticized the decision and demanded the removal of Sajid. Singer Sona Mohapatra is one of the celebrities who criticized it.
The singer took to her social media account referring to Salman and his philanthropic brand Being Human. She wrote, “Whitewashing his own toxic masculinity for eons with #BeingHuman despite being anything but; yes my old foe in twitter wars; #SalmanKhan . Continues the whitewashing in the BRO-HOOD. #SajidKhan . (Btw his gifting watches/food truck/surgeries is only more virtue signalling).”
After which Salman Khan’s fans started criticizing her. Sharing a picture of Sona Mohapatra he wrote, “Yeh @sonamohapatra ka face dekh kar mujhe nahi lagta kisi ka bhi khada hoga bc hijrah jaisi shakal hai uski aur seerat bhi waisi hai”
As soon it catches the eyes of her, she gave it back to him and wrote, “Haan Bhai,hamne aur sari auraton ne shakal, surat aur akal sab kuch aap sab लीचड़ों ko ‘khada’ karne ke liye hee पाला पोसा है.. Sajid Khan was one of the individuals whose names stunned the nation. Jiah Khan, Saloni Chopra, Aahana Kumra, and writer Karishma Upadhyay are among the women who have accused director Sajid Khan of sexual misconduct. Sajid was suspended for a year by the Indian Film and Television Directors' Association (IFTDA) in 2018 after the allegations surfaced against him. He was also replaced by Farhad Samji as the director of Housefull 4.
