Samsung Galaxy A40 Found Samsung Pay in New Firmware Update

Samsung is launching the latest software updates with the July security patch for its middle class Galaxy A40 in Germany and more importantly Samsung Pay. The A405FNXXU2ASG1 update is currently in the early stages of deployment, so its availability is limited, but it should soon spread to other countries as well.

Samsung has confirmed that Samsung Pay has also been added to Galaxy A40 devices in Sweden, Switzerland, Spain and the UK, but the latest updates in these areas are not yet available.

German users, in particular, reported several errors in the previous version of the firmware, including the phone app's continuous failure and other connection problems, so, there are high expectations that the new version will fix the problem. The update reportedly addresses some of the issues mentioned earlier by Galaxy A40 users in Germany. Many users reported bugs with previous firmware for smartphones, the report said. Issues include frequent phone app crashes and other connectivity issues. Samsung may have fixed all these issues with the updated software. With the re-launch of the Galaxy A-Series, Samsung has strengthened its software department to release bug fixes and security updates on time.
