New Delhi: Samsung Galaxy M04 has been spotted on the company's Indian support website, which suggests that the device could be launched in India soon. As per rumours, the upcoming Galaxy smartphone will be a rebranded version of the Samsung Galaxy A04e, which is already on sale in some international markets. Additionally, it boasts of the same layout and specifications as the Galaxy A04e. Ahead of the release of the Galaxy A04e in some countries, both the smartphones were reportedly spotted side-by-side on Geekbench and Bluetooth certification websites. According to the model number, the handset will support dual SIM cards. Apart from dual SIM support, the listing doesn't reveal much about specifications, design, hardware, software or pricing. MySmartPrice first noticed the support page of the rebranded Galaxy A04e as Galaxy M04 and Gadgets 360 independently verified it. The smartphone, which is a rebranded Samsung Galaxy A04e, appears to be headed for India. Notably, Samsung is yet to release any official information regarding the availability and pricing of the Galaxy A04e and Galaxy M04 smartphones. The device flaunts a 6.5-inch HD+ PLS LCD screen with a waterdrop-style notch in the middle for the front camera. The device measures 164.2 x 75.9 x 9.1mm in dimensions, weighs 188 grams, and is powered by an undisclosed octa-core SoC and 4GB of RAM. The smartphone sports dual rear cameras, one with a 13-megapixel primary sensor and f/2.2 lens, the other with a 2-megapixel depth sensor and f/2.4 lens. The smartphone sports a 5-megapixel selfie camera sensor at the front with f/2.2 lens for taking selfies and video calls. The phone was advertised to pack a 5,000mAh battery and up to 128GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 1TB via microSD card. The new Galaxy A-series phones have 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth v5 connectivity options. Samsung Knox security feature is also present in the phone.
