Mumbai: Shiv Sena leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut has made a big claim on Ayodhya Ram temple on Monday. He has said that his party cleared the way for the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya and removed the main roadblocks 'not for politics' but because of faith and Hindutva. Speaking to the press, Raut said that Uddhav Thackeray, CM of Maharashtra, and Chief of Shiv Sena always visit Ayodhya and the relationship between the party and the city of Uttar Pradesh is "unbreakable". Raut made these comments when asked if Thackeray would visit Ayodhya on August 5. Because at that time Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also expected to go there to worship the grand Ram temple. To this Raut said, 'Uddhav Thackeray often visits Ayodhya. He went to Ayodhya even when he was not CM of Maharashtra, he went to Ayodhya even after becoming CM.' Sanjay Raut said, 'Relations between Shiv Sena and Ayodhya are unbreakable. It is not a political affair. We do not go to Ayodhya for political gains and have never been there for the purpose of politics before'. Raut said, 'To some extent, the Shiv Sena has cleared the path of the Ram temple. Shiv Sena removed the major hurdles in building the temple on Lord Ram's birthplace.' Many Shiv Sainiks also sacrificed for faith and Hindutva.
