In which companies have been told that the message has to be registered in TRAI in a format. So that the customers get the right message and they do not fall prey to any fraud. However, many companies are not following the Telecom Regulatory Authority order seriously. At the same time, TRAI has also released a list of about 40 defaulting companies. Which includes SBI, HDFC, ICICI Bank, and Axis Bank. All these banks are not following the regulatory rules after repeated warnings.

TRAI has told the defaulter companies that if they want their customers not to have trouble getting SMS, then they have asked to follow the order till 1 April 2021. Telecom Regulatory said that the principal entities have been given opportunities. Cannot further alienate customers from their advantages. The rules of commercial messages are based on blockTen technology. Which will prevent unwanted and fraudulent messages. Companies have to register message headers and templates with the telecom operator. TRAI states that companies, which include many large banks, are not necessarily following the rules. Such as Content Template, IS, PE IA, etc. If this is the case then no OTP will come to the customer. Which they will have difficulty in online transactions. This will be because, in the SMS scrubbing process, the banks' OTPs or other essential SMS systems will fail.
