National Herald Case: Case filed against Sonia and Rahul, hearing on March 17

New Delhi: Recently, the Supreme Court has issued the date of March 17 for hearing on the Income Tax issue related to the National Herald. In this case, the petition has been filed by Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, and Oskar Fernandes.

According to the sources, the Income Tax Department has been approved to continue the tax assessment of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi from the court, but the court said that the Income Tax Department cannot take any action till further orders.

Sonia and Rahul Gandhi are currently on bail in the case.
