Govt. orders Schools in Arunachal Pradesh will reopen from tomorrow

From February 1 the students studying in grades 6 and above, schools in Arunachal Pradesh will resume in tha state. On Tuesday, offline classes and boarding at hostels will resume with a 50% capacity. A government order stated, "Physical classes and boarding in hostels may be allowed only for class VI and above with 50 percent of class strength." Offline classes will, however, be suspended until class 5.

"All physical classes up to and including class V may be suspended until February 14, 2022," the order states. The government of Arunachal Pradesh has approved the resumption of offline lessons "while adhering to all COVID procedures and ensuring that all students aged 15 and up have got their scheduled Covid-19 immunisation."

Due to a rapid increase in COVID-19 cases, the Arunachal Pradesh government had previously ordered the closure of all government and private schools until January 31.
