On Tuesday, the key benchmark indexes Sensex and Nifty ended the day in the green, with gains seen across global markets. The BSE benchmark Sensex was up 886.51 points, or 1.56 percent, at 57,633.65, and the Nifty was up 264.40 points, or 1.56 percent, at 17,176.70 at the closing. About 2278 shares have increased in value, 924 shares have decreased in value, and 114 shares have remained steady.
