Sensex hikes 160 points on bank, financial, FMCG stocks on Monday

The market hiked with the Sensex trading and rose 153.10 points to 25105.84 which was aided by banking, financial and FMCG stocks on Monday. On the other side, the Nifty rising 46.15 points as a result the status bar reached 7650.50. The market breath remained positive with ITC contributing the maximum to Sensex’s gain.

At 1140 hours the Sensex was trading up 160.34 points or 0.64% to 25,113.08.While the NSE at 1141 hours was trading up 46.30 points or 0.61% at 7,650.65.

Well, the Monday hike on Sensex give 3 per cent positive run to the market. And other gainers in the market gained more than 1 per cent, including HDFC bank, ICICI bank, Sun Pharma, HUL, Bharti.
