Ingredients: 1/4 cup chopped apple 1/4 cup chopped pineapple 1/4 cup chopped banana 1/4 cup chopped strawberries 2 tablespoon pomegranate seeds 2 cup thick curd 1/4 tsp black pepper powder (if you wish) 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1 tbsps sugar Salt, according to taste Method: 1. Put yogurt in a large bowl. Add sugar, salt, black pepper powder and cumin powder to it and mix the mixture until the curd does not loose a bit. 2. Put chopped apples, pineapple, banana, strawberries and pomegranate seeds and mix them well. 3. Nutritious fruit raita is ready. Keep it cool for 30 minutes in the fridge (if needed or if you want). 4. Serving the cold fruit Raita in the serving bowl.
