Shaista Ambar demands to create a Muslim Marriage Act on the lines of the Hindu Marriage Act

Today is the day of judgment on three divorces. A bench of 5 judges of the Supreme Court will give its decision at 10.30 am this morning in case of teen TALAK.

All India Muslim Women's Personal Law Board Chairman Shaista Ambar said that divorces should be in the shape of Sharia, Muslim Marriage Act on the lines of the Hindu Marriage Act.

Shaista Ambar said that today the decision on the three divorces of the long battle will hear. Seeing the case of Sharia by finishing three divorce courts. In view of the three month process of divorced, In Shari'a and Koran, there is a mention of three-month process of divorce. In such a situation, the government adopts this process, we welcome it, but if the government brings any law against impunity, then we are not unconcerned.

Our demand from the government is to create a Muslim Marriage Act on the lines of the Hindu Marriage Act. So that the lives of Muslim women could not be played in some way. It is often seen that after divorce, the case goes on to the Family Court and the groom does second marriage. In such a situation, it would not be easy if the Hindu Marriage Act would become a Muslim Marriage Act.
