LOS ANGELES:: Actor Jack Dylan Grazer is the latest addition to the cast of "The Spiderwick Chronicles' Television series adaptation in the works at Disney plus. According to "Variety," Grazer joins the cast, which also includes Christian Slater as Mulgarath, Mychala Lee as Mallory Grace, Mychala Lee as Helen Grace, Noah Cottrell as Simon Grace, and Noah Cottrell as Jared Grace. The television programme is based on Tony DiTerlizzi and Holly Black's book series of the same name. The series "follows the Grace family as they depart New York to settle in their ancestral home, The Spiderwick Estate, in Michigan, according to the official description. Along with their sister Mallory and mother Helen, twin boys Jared and Simon learn that magical beings like fairies, ogres, trolls, and boggarts are all real and can be found all around us. Thimbletack, a boggart that resides inside the Spiderwick Estate's walls, will be voiced by Grazer. The character is further defined as "a mischief-maker with an explosive temper, Thimbletack is still an adolescent among his type, being hundreds of years old. If only he could learn to restrain his own exaggerated emotions, he could be of enormous assistance to the Grace children. Grazer is most recognised for his roles in movies like "Shazam," and in the sequel, "Shazam: Fury of the Gods," due out in March 2023, he will return to the role of Freddy Freeman. He also provided the voice of Alberto in the independent thriller "Don't Tell A Soul" and the Pixar film "Luca." He also played the young Eddie in both of the most recent "It" movies. Grazer is well-known for his work on the HBO series "We Are Who We Are" by Luca Guadagnino. 20th Television and Paramount Television Studios.
