The SIT team formed by the Andhra Pradesh government on the attacks in temples met for the first time on Saturday. The committee members attended the meeting chaired by SIT officer Ashok. Investigation teams have been set up in the districts to investigate the attacks in temples. The SIT team will investigate 23 incidents in temples from September 2020. Next week, the SIT team will meet for the second time

The state government has issued a special investigation team (SIT) to investigate the incidents of attacks on temples in the state on Friday night. Ips officer GVG Ashok Kumar, who is additional director of YSR, is the sit chief. The SIT team has 15 more members
