While denying this, Justice Pankaj Mittal and Justice Vipin Chandra Dixit said that definitely Article 25 (1) of the Constitution allows all citizens to believe and propagate their religion. It is also being said that on the other hand, it is the fundamental value that the High Court should properly exercise its exclusive judicial jurisdiction to maintain social balance. In the current case, it is clear that there is no need to do this. Social imbalances can be created from this.
