Will girls go to school in bikinis now? People asking questions on Priyanka Gandhi's tweet

Bangalore: There is an atmosphere of debate and uproar across the country over the burqa controversy that started in Karnataka. People are reacting differently to this controversy. Now congress national general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra's tweet on the issue has also come out. While Malala has termed it appalling to prevent girls from entering schools by wearing hijabs, Priyanka Gandhi says women have the right to dress on their own.

Priyanka Vadra wrote in her tweet, "Whether it's a bikini, a veil or jeans or a hijab. It's up to the woman to decide what to wear. This right has been given to them by the Constitution of India. Stop harassing women.'' At the end of the tweet, Priyanka has also used the hashtag 'Ladki Hoon Lad Sakti Hoon' of her campaign. However, on this tweet of Priyanka, social media users made a lot of sharp comments and also asked questions. One user wrote, "Man, you Pappu-Pinky have made up your mind to put the Congress in the pit, there is no school in India where children wearing bikinis go to school, yes, if your children have studied in Italy in bikinis, then it is a different thing.''

At the same time, journalist Adityaraj Kaul wrote that 'Of course, the freedom of choice of girls/women should be respected. But bikinis can't be school/college dresses. Every student, be it Hindu, Muslim, Sikh or Christian, should respect school uniforms. Let's save girls and women from being harassed.'
