New Delhi: The situation has worsened due to corona in the country. The interim president of Congress party Sonia Gandhi has written a letter to PM Narendra Modi saying that discounts on medicines and essential equipment used for the treatment of the corona epidemic. It should be given and at the same time, 6,000 rupees should be added to the account of the poor. Sonia Gandhi said that there is a shortage of vaccines in the states and they should be made available on priority. She has also asked for approval for all the vaccines that have been approved.

Due to corona infection, migrant workers have started migrating once again. In order to provide some relief to them, Sonia Gandhi has urged that the Central Government prescribe any such scheme, under which 6,000 are transferred every month to the accounts of the needy because of the lockdown imposed to control the spread of corona.

She wrote this letter after meeting with the Chief Ministers of Congress-ruled states. A social media campaign has also been launched by the party to immunize all. Referring to the decrease in the number of vaccines in the country at present, the party said that the vaccine exports should be stopped with immediate effect and the country should first provide vaccine supplements. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said, "The country needs a corona vaccine. Please raise your voice because everyone has the right to a safe life".
