Sponge vanilla egg-less cake!!!

For all you cake lovers this sponge vanilla eggless cake will give your taste buds a real kick!!!

Ingredients:

All purpose flour – 2 cups Baking powder – 1 teaspoon Soda – ½ teaspoon Clotted cream – 1 cup Sugar – 1 cup Milk powder – 1 cup Milk – 1 cup Ghee – 1 teaspoon Salt – pinch Lemon juice – 4-5 drops Vanilla essence -4-5 drops Tutti fruit – 1 teaspoon (optional)

Method:

In a bowl, sift in the flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix well In another bowl add the remaining ingredients and mix well Preheat the oven at 180 degrees c for 15 minutes Grease the pan Add the all purpose flour and tutti fruity and mix well in one direction. Pour the batter in the pan. Bake for 25-35 minutes. Checking with a toothpick Place the cake on the rack for it to cool down. Slice and serve.
