Preparations in full swing in MP before third wave of corona arrives

Bhopal: The second wave of corona epidemic in the country has declined but has not stopped. Meanwhile, there are warnings about the third wave in August or September. It is said that children are at risk in the third wave of corona and the same can be infected the most. All the states are now gearing up to deal with the third wave of covid. Madhya Pradesh is also on the same list. All possible preparations are also being made to control the epidemic in the capital Bhopal. Arrangements are also being made in the hospitals for the stay of the families of the children admitted in the hospitals.

You must be aware that in view of the apprehension of the third wave of corona, the administration is emphasizing on increasing facilities including oxygen beds in Government hospitals as well as private hospitals. On the other hand, the administration is emphasizing on improving all necessary facilities including oxygen beds in children's hospitals in particular. Last Friday, Medical and Education Minister Vishwas Sarang held a video conferencing meeting with private hospital operators in the city.

During the meeting, Vishwas Sarang stressed on doubling the number of oxygen and ICU beds in hospitals. He also asked the hospitals what they expected of the Government. Let us tell all of you that it will be the responsibility of hamidia doctors to train the doctors of private hospitals and other staff in respect of the protocol for treatment of infected patients during the third wave of covid epidemic.
