CAA: After Shaheen Bagh, Protesters stopped the road in this area

Opposition to the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and the National Citizenship Register (NRC) have been seen all over the country after passing from the Parliament of India. The peaceful protests that have been going on for many days in Yamunapar have now started taking the form of Shaheen Bagh. So far, women protesters sitting away from the roads have closed three roads in the last 12 hours. It started from Jafrabad Road on Saturday evening.

For your information, let us tell you that on Sunday, protesters came on Patparganj Road in Wazirabad and Khureji near Chand Bagh. Traffic has stopped at these three places due to protesters. Due to this, the problem of jam was also created.

In protest against this law, protesters have started a sit-in below the metro station on Zafarabad Road. A large number of women have gathered here. Due to this, the Jafrabad metro station has been closed since morning. There was also a confrontation between the protesters and the police here at night. The protesters had earlier blocked the road on both sides. After much persuasion by the police, the road leading from Maujpur to Seelampur was opened. At 12:00 pm on Sunday, female protesters sitting in a tent in Chand Bagh started demonstrating on the route from Khajuri to Nandnagri. Because of this, traffic on this route has come to a standstill. It is being told that Chandrashekhar, the leader of Bhima Army, can reach Chand Bagh. From here he will take out a rally with protesters.
